Omeakio Tucker with her book Complete Forgiveness

Navy veteran, author, speaker and executive coach Omeakio Tucker will release her third book, Complete Forgiveness: For Everything You Don’t Even Know You’re Carrying, on Thursday, October 1, 2026. Hardcover pre-orders open today at ElevateWithO.com for $19.99, a reduced price available through September 30 only. Every copy ordered during the pre-order window is signed by Omeakio. On launch day the book returns to its regular price of $29.99.

Most books about forgiveness begin with the wound a woman already knows about. Complete Forgiveness begins somewhere else entirely. It begins with the weight she has never named. The offense she decided was too small to mention. The expectation she wrote in her head and held someone to without ever telling them. The relationship she quietly closed off after one bad experience. The version of a person she is still holding onto long after they changed.

“Most of us are not carrying one big thing. We are carrying a hundred small ones we never gave ourselves permission to put down. We called it moving on. We called it being the bigger person. And then we wondered why we were still tired.”

Omeakio

The book is built as three things at once: a book, a journal and a prayer. Across twelve chapters, Omeakio teaches, then hands the reader the pen. Each chapter closes with reflection space, honest questions and a written prayer, so the reader is not simply reading about release. She is doing the work on the page, in her own handwriting, in her own words.

That structure comes from Omeakio’s own experience of the work. The book’s most personal chapter recounts the night she finally burned a box of letters she had kept for more than twenty years, a scene reflected in the book’s cover art. She expected grief. What she felt instead was freedom.

Complete Forgiveness is faith-forward without being heavy-handed, written in the warm, direct, sisterly voice Omeakio’s readers and clients know her for. It is written for the woman who has done therapy, done the small group, done the altar call, and still cannot understand why the memory keeps coming back.

“Forgiveness is not amnesia. You are not failing because you still remember it. You are failing to be free because nobody ever showed you how to actually set it down. That is what this book does. It shows you how.”

Omeakio

Forgiveness is preached constantly and taught almost never. Women are told to release and then left alone to figure out how. Omeakio wrote the book she could not find, and she wrote it as a process rather than a sermon.

It is Omeakio’s third title, following Your Unstoppable PowHer and How to Be a Corporate Christian: The S.A.L.T. Framework™.

Complete Forgiveness will be available in hardcover at launch. An e-book edition is planned for release before the end of 2026.

Omeakio Tucker

Navy veteran, author, speaker, executive coach, mentor and leadership strategist

Omeakio Tucker brings a rare blend of business acumen, deep empathy and real world leadership to her work with clients at every level. Twenty-five years of leading people, first in the United States Navy and then in corporate rooms, taught her what most development programs miss: professional growth and personal evolution are not separate tracks. Nobody becomes a different leader on Monday than the person they were on Sunday.

Her clients range from executives and entrepreneurs to emerging leaders and everyday women — the ones who are accomplished by every external measure and quietly carrying something they have never named, and the ones nobody has ever asked what they need. She works with them one to one, in small cohorts and in rooms of hundreds. Omeakio does not coach from a playbook. She meets people exactly where they are, builds a room honest enough for the real conversation, and weaves emotional resilience together with practical strategy so that insight does not stay a feeling. It becomes a decision and a plan.

Her work is rooted equally in lived experience and academic rigor. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is a Gallup‑Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Facilitator. She is the author of three books, hosts the podcast Unshook, and co-hosts A&O Connect with her husband Andre. She lives in the Dallas–Fort Worth area.

She is deliberate about the language she uses for her work. She does not empower people. She helps them find the power they were already created with.

Interview topics

  • Why forgiveness fails when it is performed instead of completed
  • The hidden inventory: what women are carrying without knowing it
  • Expectations we hold people to that they never agreed to
  • Why “I forgave them” and “I still think about it” are not a contradiction
  • Rituals of release, and what actually happens when you let it burn
  • The place where professional growth and personal evolution meet

The framework

Every session, workshop and coaching engagement runs on E⁵™, the five-phase framework at the center of Omeakio’s practice. It is a sequence rather than a list, and it works on whatever a client brings to it — a career that stopped fitting, a transition nobody prepared them for, a ceiling they cannot explain. The phase work itself is taught inside her programs, cohorts and retreats.

Signature sessions

  • Complete ForgivenessThe keynote. What we are carrying, why we never named it, and how to actually set it down. Built on E⁵™, and closes with a live release exercise.

  • The Contracts They Never SignedOn expectations we write in our heads and hold people to without telling them.
  • You Belong at the Table. Sit Like It.Omeakio’s leadership keynote for women navigating rooms they were told they had to earn twice.
