Twenty-five years of leading people, first in the Navy and then in corporate settings, taught her what most development programs miss: professional growth and personal evolution are not separate tracks. Nobody becomes a different leader on Monday than the person they were on Sunday. Omeakio works where those two meet, which is where most people are actually stuck.

Her clients range from executives and entrepreneurs to emerging leaders and women who are accomplished by every external measure and quietly carrying something they have never named. What they share is not a problem. It is a ceiling they cannot explain.

Omeakio does not coach from a playbook. She meets people exactly where they are, builds a room honest enough for the real conversation, and then gives them something to do with what surfaces. That last part is what sets her apart. She weaves emotional resilience with practical strategy so insight does not remain a feeling. It becomes a decision, a plan, and a different Tuesday.

That approach is formalized in her  E⁵™ customized framework. This five-phase framework is the center of her practice: Embrace, Envision, Experience, Execute, Elevate. It is a sequence rather than a list, and it works on whatever a client brings to it, from a career that stopped fitting to a transition nobody prepared them for.

Her work is rooted equally in lived experience and academic rigor. She holds a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and is a Global Gallup-Certified CliftonStrengths Coach and Facilitator. She is the author of three books, hosts the podcast Unshook, and co-hosts A&O Connect with her husband Andre. She lives in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
