Omeakio Releases How to Be a Corporate Christian: The S.A.L.T. Framework™, A Strategic Playbook for Business-Driven Professionals

From the Navy veteran, executive coach, and women’s empowerment leader behind Elevate With O, a full-scale platform built to equip, elevate, and unapologetically empower women.

For millions of professionals, there is a quiet exhaustion that has nothing to do with the workload. It is the exhaustion of being two people: the version who shows up on Sunday, open and grounded, and the carefully edited version who walks into the office on Monday.

Omeakio Tucker’s new book, How to Be a Corporate Christian: The S.A.L.T. Framework™, was written for everyone who has lived in that gap, and everyone who has been told to simply “trust God” when what they actually needed was a strategy.

Now available in hardback at ElevateWithO.com and on Amazon, the book does not read like a devotional. It reads like a playbook. Omeakio built this guide for professionals navigating the realities rarely named from the pulpit or in HR training: salary inequity, stalled advancement, implicit bias, and the pressure to stay quiet for the sake of being liked.

Salt only works when it’s applied. This brand, in every program, every coaching session, every book, every stage, is about getting women out of the shaker.

About the Book

How to Be a Corporate Christian: The S.A.L.T. Framework™ for Navigating Workplace Challenges with Faith, Wisdom, and Integrity presents a bold and practical approach to integrating belief with professional reality. Designed for modern professionals facing complex workplace dynamics, the book offers both spiritual grounding and actionable strategy.

What sets the book apart is its direct and empowering tone. Omeakio encourages readers to move beyond passive endurance and instead approach their careers with clarity, intention, and confidence. The message reinforces that advocating for oneself, whether through negotiation, honest communication, or strategic decision-making, can be aligned with conviction and integrity.

By combining biblical principles with actionable insight, the book speaks to the real experiences of today’s workforce. It is ideal for professionals seeking guidance on how to navigate challenges without compromising their beliefs, and for those balancing ambition, conviction, and personal well-being in demanding environments. Readers across leadership, business, ministry, and corporate settings will find both encouragement and a practical path forward.

The S.A.L.T. Framework™

At the heart of the book is a four-pillar framework developed through two decades of lived corporate experience. Each concept is grounded in Scripture and supported by realistic workplace scenarios.

S
Self-Awareness & Spiritual Grounding
Know who God says you are before any system, title, or performance review has a chance to define you.
A
Authority, Advocacy & Accountability
Understand how power actually operates within organizations, and how to stand in yours without apology.
L
Language, Leadership & Leverage
Communicate truth with wisdom, clarity, and timing. Learn when to speak, how to speak, and what to leave unsaid.
T
Timing, Transitions & Trusting God
Discern the difference between being stretched and being depleted. Know when to stay, when to challenge, and when to go.

Omeakio Tucker · Founder & CEO
Navy Veteran Published Author Certified Executive Coach CliftonStrengths Coach Speaker Founder & CEO

Omeakio Tucker has spent her life navigating spaces where women, particularly women of faith and ambition, are quietly told to make themselves smaller in order to be received. She has refused that script, and built a body of work that helps other women do the same.

A Navy veteran, Certified Executive Coach, and Certified Global Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach and Facilitator, Omeakio holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership and brings over two decades of experience at the intersection of military service, corporate leadership, faith, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship to every room she enters.

Based in Dallas, Texas, she is the Founder & CEO of Elevate With O, the women’s empowerment brand she launched in 2023 to address what she saw missing in every space she had entered: a place where women could be coached, challenged, and celebrated without being asked to shrink.

The brand does not operate in one lane. It holds coaching and strategy. It holds faith and professional excellence. It holds healing and empowerment. It holds women in boardrooms and teen girls in classrooms.

Her mission is simple: to help business-driven professionals, especially women, stop shrinking and start leading with the fullness of who they were created to be. Rooted in both Scripture and lived experience, Omeakio brings a timely and relevant voice to conversations around purpose, professionalism, and personal integrity in the workplace.

Omeakio is available for keynote addresses, corporate workshops, podcast interviews, television and radio appearances, church engagements, book signings, and women’s conference speaking.
