Group coaching for women who are ready to tell the truth in a room that can hold it.

“I thought I was the only one.”
“Everybody sees me as the strong one. Nobody asks how I am.”
“I have friends. I don’t have a room where I can tell the whole truth.”
“I say yes when everything in me means no.”
“If it is not perfect, I don’t want anyone to see it.”
“I know there is a purpose on my life. I can’t name it yet.”
If you heard yourself in even one of these, keep reading. And if yours is not on this list, it still belongs here.
You can do a lot of digging by yourself. But there is a point where you need someone across from you who says, “Me too,” and means it.
In a group, you hear your own story in another woman’s mouth. You watch her do the thing you have been putting off. And when you say the hard part out loud, nobody flinches.
That is what this room is for. We tell the truth here. Then we get to work, together.
“I don’t hand women their power. I can’t manufacture what was already there. So we dig to discover what’s been covered up.”
You sit with women walking through their own version of what you are walking through. You stop explaining yourself.
You learn from me, and you learn from each other. Another woman’s question is often the one you did not know to ask.
When you say what you are going to do, a room of women hears it. They ask you about it the next time.
Each group gathers around what the women in it are working through. These are the places groups begin most often.
When did I last stop long enough to hear myself?
What do I already know that I keep talking myself out of?
What have I stopped saying, making, or showing?
What would change if I stopped arguing with the mirror?
Who would I let in if it did not have to be perfect?
What am I not saying, and what is it costing me?
What is already good that I have walked right past?
What am I here to leave behind?
Whatever the group brings, we work it through five steps, in order. It is how the work goes from something you understand to something you do.

The length depends on the group and what it gathers around.
Every session is led by me.
