Shipping Returns: You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returned items, as shipping costs are non-refundable. Event Ticket Refunds: Refunds for event tickets are nonrefundable under normal circumstances. However, refunds may be issued if the host cancels the scheduled event. We encourage you to carefully review your event details, including date, time, and location, before completing your purchase.
Processing Time: Late or missing refunds may occur. If you haven’t received a refund within 3-5 business days after the inspection confirmation email, please check your bank account. If the issue persists, contact your credit card company or bank, as there may be processing time before the refund is officially posted.
Gift Returns: For items purchased as gifts, a gift credit equal to the value of the return will be issued. The gift certificate will be mailed out once the returned item is received and inspected, provided it is in good condition.
If the gift item was sent directly to the intended recipient or if it was not marked as a gift during the purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
